1. Agreement
By browsing busistree.com, requesting a quote, or purchasing a bundle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
Busistree provides branding and design, business planning, website development and digital marketing services, sold individually or as bundles. Each bundle page lists exactly what is included. Anything outside that list is a separate, quoted scope.
3. Quotes, orders and payment
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and remain valid for 14 days. After you place an order we share a sample and summary and arrange a consultation; payment is due as agreed in that consultation before final files are delivered. Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes or transfer fees your bank may apply.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate business information and to supply content — text, images, logos, access credentials — that you have the right to use. Delays in feedback or content may move delivery dates.
5. Revisions and delivery
Each bundle includes the revision rounds listed on its page. Additional rounds are quoted separately. Delivery timelines start once we have your brief, content and any required approvals.
6. Refunds
Bundles carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided production work has not already been delivered. Custom-quoted work is refundable only for the portion not yet produced.
7. Intellectual property
Once your invoice is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables produced for you transfers to you. Busistree keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, source frameworks and pre-existing materials, and may show finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Third-party platforms
Some deliverables depend on third-party platforms such as hosting, domains, ad networks and social channels. Their fees, policies and uptime are outside our control.
9. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer this site, attempt to breach its security, or use our services for unlawful, misleading or infringing purposes.
10. Liability
Our services are provided with professional care but without warranty of specific commercial results, such as revenue or search rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The date below shows the current version; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
